Nikki de St. Phalle (1930–2002) was a French artist, known for her aggressive works across mediums often featuring assemblage or shot through with firearms. Her work tackled a broad range of topics, including feminism, race, and climate change. In addition to her boundary pushing artwork, her personal style enwrapped the fashion world at the time.
