The stadium seating at 76 Bowery is one of the more unique elements of the Research Library's space.
Designed as place for guests to read books, drink a cup of tea or coffee, have a conversation with a friend, or simply take a quiet moment for themselves under skylight away from the busy city streets just outside our front door.
Colorful cushions provide a juxtaposition against the platform's grey felt makeup and speakers caged in chainlink fencing.
